Questions clients ask first
How is the price decided?
Packages with a fixed or starting price show it on the page. For anything else we assess your needs first and send a written quote. Nothing is charged until you approve that quote.
How long does a project take?
Each package shows its usual timeline. Your quote states the timeline for your project, and we tell you early if anything changes.
Who owns the code and the domain?
You do. Once the agreed payments are made, the code, domain and accounts created for your project belong to you.
What happens after delivery?
Every package includes a support period after delivery. After that you can continue with a hosting and care plan, or take over yourself.
How do we pay?
By mobile money or bank transfer, following the payment schedule in your quote, usually a deposit and one or more milestones.
